We accept returns for products that have been opened provided they are returned to us within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us for shipping address. The returned products MUST be received by Food 4 Wellbeing within 30 days of the product shipping date. NO EXCEPTIONS!
The complete order MUST be returned for refund. Partial returns are NOT accepted.
Returned orders that received Free Shipping will have the originally waived shipping charges deducted from the return credit.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Refund payment will be processed within 7 business days upon receipt of the products.
International Business Packs are only refundable within 14 days of shipment date.
Exchanges
We will gladly exchange products you purchased, provided that the products are still sealed in original manufacture packing.
All exchanges are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
